Cause: Inverter DC component exceeds the allowable range.

How to fix it

  1. Disconnect AC circuit breaker first.
  2. Then, disconnect DC circuit breaker.
  3. Until LCD screen completely shuts down, turn on DC breaker first.
  4. It will show "No Utility" in LCD screen.
  5. Then, turn on AC breaker.
  6. After 300 seconds, the system will automatically connect to the grid.
  7. If the error message still remains, please contact your installer.
  8. The internal temperature is higher than specified temperature.
  9. Leave inverter to cool down to room temperature.
  10. If the error message still remains, please contact your installer.
  11. Check if the open circuit voltage of PV modules is higher than 500VDC.
  12. If PV open circuit voltage is less than 500VDC and the error message remains, pelase contact your installer.
  13. Turn off the inverter.
  14. Then, restart the inverter.
  15. If the error message still remains, please contact your installer.
  16. The ground voltage is too high.
  17. Please disconnect AC breaker first and then DC breaker.
  18. Check if grounding is connected properly after LCD screen.
