Account Responsibilities

If you create an account or register as a dealer, you are responsible for maintaining your credentials' confidentiality, all activities under your account, notifying us of unauthorized access, and keeping your information accurate.

Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product specifications, descriptions, images, and datasheets. However, Voltronic Power may update products without prior notice. Product information is for reference purposes only. Confirm exact specifications with our sales team before purchasing.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are placed with, accepted by, and invoiced by Voltronic Power Solutions directly. An order becomes binding once our team confirms it with an invoice; up to the moment of dispatch you may cancel free of charge by contacting us on any channel. We may decline an order where stock, delivery routing, or verification checks cannot be satisfied.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices shown on the site are our selling prices as the authorised distributor — nothing is added at checkout. Payment is collected in cash on delivery against the invoice our team confirms, in the currency stated on it, across the regions we serve (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands). Prices exclude shipping, customs duties, and import taxes unless the invoice states otherwise.

Warranty Terms

Product warranties are issued by Voltronic Power Technology Corp. and administered by us as your authorised distributor. Indicative coverage: (1) Axpert / InfiniSolar inverters — typically 2-5 years depending on model. (2) Online and line-interactive UPS systems — typically 2-3 years. (3) Battery systems — typically 3-5 years. (4) EV chargers, MPPT charge controllers, AVR, VFD — typically 1-2 years. Warranty excludes damage from improper installation, misuse, power surges, water damage, or unauthorised modifications. As the distributor that sold you the equipment, we run every warranty claim end-to-end with Voltronic's regional service network at no extra cost — for the lifetime of the equipment.

Intellectual Property

All content on voltronicpower.org is the property of Voltronic Power Solutions or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Datasheets may be downloaded for personal or professional reference only.

Limitation of Liability

Voltronic Power Solutions sells equipment directly as the authorised Voltronic Power distributor. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for the equipment concerned; manufacturer warranties from Voltronic Power Technology Corp. apply in addition to and independently of this clause. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for delays beyond our control, improper installation damage, or third-party equipment compatibility issues.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UAE law. For UAE/GCC customers, disputes are resolved in Dubai courts. For EU customers, you retain your rights under EU consumer protection laws. We encourage amicable resolution through our customer service team.

Service Regions

These terms apply to all customers and website visitors across our served regions: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. Local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide additional rights.
