Build my system
Voltronic backup and off-grid kits, sized per building
18 kits: apartment, house, villa, shop, office and farm, each worked out for an evening power cut, for a night without the utility, and for a site with no utility at all. A card names the Voltronic inverter and battery the load landed on; where the tool found no single unit at the rating, the card gives the rating and its page lists the inverters that state it.

The part of the Voltronic catalogue these kits draw on
Of the 233 inverters listed, 178 are filed as hybrid and 50 as off-grid. 69 records state a 48 V battery, 32 a 24 V one and 9 a 12 V one, so the battery voltage is the first row to read on any of them. 63 records state how many units run in parallel, the largest figure being 12.
Batteries come from 16 listings. The 4 LIO and LIO II packs state a nominal voltage of 48–51.2 V; the EnergyCube stacks state 10, 15, 20 and 30 kWh in their names at 204.8, 307.2, 409.6 and 614.4 V. A kit page prints the inverter's battery-voltage row and the pack's nominal voltage next to each other, as the two records state them.
Voltronic kits: what one holds, and the cards that name no model
What is in a Voltronic backup kit?
An inverter and a battery from the Voltronic listings, each with its own page and price, and an array given as a number of panels. For the apartment profile and 8 hours of night with the utility down, that is the InfiniSolar V III TWIN 6.2KW (4.96 kW), 2 × LIO 4810 counted at 8.6 kWh, and 6 panels of 550 W on about 16 m² of roof.
Why do some Voltronic kits give an inverter rating instead of a model?
Because the calculation stopped at a rating and found no single unit to name for that load. 6 of the 18 kits read that way — the house, villa and office profiles, at 9, 10 and 12 kW — and each of their pages lists the Voltronic inverters whose own name states the rating, with the battery voltage each record gives. The other 12 name the unit the load landed on.
