We accept returns for defective items only. If you receive a product that is faulty or does not work as intended, please contact us to initiate a return. The product will be inspected to confirm the defect.

We do not accept exchanges or returns due to change of mind. Once a purchase is made, we cannot accommodate requests to swap products or return items because you changed your decision.
We do not accept returns for working devices whatsoever. Products that function correctly as intended cannot be returned. Please ensure you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs when returning a defective item, unless the product was picked up from our store. For in-store pickups, no return shipping charges apply.
Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item. The inspection process takes 4-6 working days. Once the defect is confirmed, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for defective items. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories, manuals, and components that came with it. Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to report the issue. 2. Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. 3. Ship the item to our address with the RMA number clearly marked. 4. We inspect the item within 2 business days of receiving it. 5. Refund is issued upon confirmation of the defect.
Once the defect is confirmed after inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, which will be applied to your account immediately.
