What it means

Over load — Fault code 23 shown on the display with the fault icon on: Over load.

Cause: The inverter is loaded with more than 110% load and time is up.

How to fix it

Reduced the connected load by switching off some equipment.

InfiniSolar E 5.5KW

What it means

Overload fault — Fault code 23 shown on the display with the fault icon on: Overload fault.

Cause: Overload fault.

How to fix it

  1. Check if the impedance between positive and negative poles to the ground is greater than 1MΩ.
  2. If the impedance is lower than 1MΩ, please contact your installer.
  3. Please disconnect AC breaker first and then disconnect DC breaker.
  4. After LCD screen is completely off, turn on DC breaker.
  5. Until it shows "No Utility" in LCD display, turn on AC breaker.
  6. After 300 seconds, the system will automatically connect to the grid.
  7. If error message remains, please contact your installer.
  8. Check if the connection between battery and inverter is good.
  9. Make sure battery condition is ok.
  10. Then, restart the inverter.
  11. If error message remains, please contact your installer.
  12. Remove exessive loads.
  13. Be sure the total power consumption of the connected loads are less than that of the maximum which this inverter can support.
  14. Then, restart the inverter.
  15. Check if battery cable is connected firmly.
  16. If error message remains, please contact your installer.
  17. Remove exessive loads.
  18. Then, restart the inverter.
  19. Turn off the inverter.
  20. Disconnect AC circuit breaker first.
  21. Then, disconnect DC circuit breaker and then disconnect the loads.
  22. Please check if load circuit is ok.
  23. After removing the error, turn on the PV DC.
